Construction

Since inception, we have carried out structural design and construction/supervision of 135 structures and 3 road projects
Turnkey Cell Site Build & Maintenance
We have built or supervised building of about 2,000 greenfield cell sites and RTT towers SIT and structural design, carried out strengthening, retrofit and upgrade of over 100 towers, tower mapping and facility audit of over 2,000 cell sites, tower foundation mapping of 450 sites and still counting.We have worked in the six geo-political zones of Nigeria for all top telecoms operators, colo site providers and OEMs including MTN, Airtel, Etisalat, Globacom, American Tower Corp (ATC), Huawei, IHS among others.
Project Management
Our expertise include project management and control (PMC), construction quality assurance and PM capacity building of personnel in industries where we operate. We currently run a project management and control on cell site build quality assurance for American Tower Corporation (ATC) Nigeria on their Build to Fill (BTF) Project involving over 1,600 sites. Enhancing private and public sector operators with requisite knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to successfully deliver projects within reasonable time-frame, budget and specifications is part of our business portfolio.
2G, 3G & 4G Technology Implementation
From RF & MW planning and implementation to Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) and NodeB for 2G, 3G & 4G networks deployment, swap out, optimization, DT and KPI analysis, our team of engineers and experts consistently deliver to customer satisfaction. This include over 270nos 2G and 3G roll out for MTN, Globacom & Airtel through Huawei, Laplace, & Omnicom in Kano, Kaduna, Enugu, Abuja among other cities since 2010
Energy Projects
We provide power project delivery services on telecoms sites and for communities. This ranges from renewable energy (solar), DC DG deployment, hybrid back-up power among others. We have always deployed best technologies and we comply with highest international safety standards in our energy provisioning.We have worked on over 100 Huawei, IHS and Lagos State Government energy projects
Fibre Optics Projects
We design and deploy fibre optics network for both metro and long haul broadband transmission backbone including civil works, routers and DWDM installation and termination. We partnered with CITCC to deploy fibre optics metro network in Lagos Island and along 3rd mainland bridge for Etisalat in 2012
Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) Projects
Our WASH project story started in 2015 when we partnered with Pheman Peniel Consultants to carry out independent supervision and quality assurance of works project involving 2,500 HPB, 150 Latrines, 350 SMBH in 19 of 36 States in Nigeria covering 70 LGAs for UNICEF. We have delivered similar projects ever since for other organisations.
